Making Lemon Cupcakes...
Eric and I made a batch just for us!
As a great alternative to a wedding cake or a fun addition, cupcakes are always a good idea!
The icing is always my favorite part of any cupcake. We purchased the butter cream icing from Baker's Kitchen. We found Baker's Kitchen back in 2004 when we were planning our wedding! Everyone there is friendly and great to work with. I remember sitting down for our tasting and drawing out exactly what we wanted. We custom designed our cake and it was one of our favorite things. The thing that sets them apart is their ability to deliver exactly what you envision on your special day. It doesn't hurt that they make you an Anniversary cake a year later to match all the flavors and decor of your original Wedding cake! They rock!
